Overview

El Rincón de la Calma es un programa psicoeducativo, con perspectiva de género, dirigido al alumnado de Educación Primaria. Tiene como objetivo entrenar y potenciar la inteligencia emocional y mejorar la convivencia tanto presencial como en las redes sociales. Contiene más de 120 actividades y juegos diferentes, además de las 768 tarjetas que lo complementan para trabajar de forma individual y grupal. Trabaja las emociones básicas y añade otras 12 que la autora denomina fundamentales, como el sentido del humor y los afectos, incluyendo un trabajo específico sobre la autoestima. Ofrece herramientas para la resolución de conflictos teniendo en cuenta la COVID-19 y trabaja la empatía, la asertividad, y la educación en valores, entrenando además 19 habilidades sociales diferentes. También abre un espacio de reflexión sobre el cambio que vivirá cada niña y cada niño al final de la etapa de Primaria, preparándolos para la salida del colegio y el inicio de la ESO. En definitiva, El Rincón de la Calma es un programa muy actual, con una sólida base científica y práctica, desarrollado en colaboración y con el apoyo del profesorado de Educación Primaria, con herramientas dinámicas y divertidas que generan un cálido y respetuoso ambiente emocional en el aula, no solo para aprender contenidos sino, sobre todo, para crecer como persona conviviendo con los demás.
